Battery Information: The TURBRO MS12 fan uses the TURBRO BP19 rechargeable battery pack exclusively. A rechargeable battery pack and power supply charger are included in our package.

Operating Options: This fan can be powered by both battery and electricity. It is not recommended to use the misting function while the fan is plugged in for safety reasons. Please consult the user manual for detailed instructions.

Water Resistance: The fan is IPX4 water-resistant, but ensure all covers and seals are secure to prevent water damage.

Water Usage: Only use clean cold or room-temperature water in the fan to avoid blockages. Keep the water tank lid closed during operation.

Maintenance: If the mist is not spraying correctly, check the nozzles for any loose parts or blockages. Refer to the user manual for disassembly instructions.
